Andrea Beck, Ph.D.
Registered Psychologist

I am registered with the College of Alberta Psychologists and completed my graduate training at the University of Calgary and my pre-doctoral internship at the University of Manitoba.

My therapeutic work draws primarily on the principles of acceptance & commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness meditation and cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT). I enjoy integrating these modalities to develop a plan with clients that suits both their mental health needs and their own personal tastes. The majority of my clients have experienced depression, anxiety, chronic illness, and/or sexual health concerns. I also have a special interest and understanding of adult ADHD, and can offer both assessments and skills-based treatment if ADHD is a concern for you.

Personally, I am a lover of all things nature and live on a small hobby farm with my husband, daughter, dogs, cats, horses, chickens, goats, and one very special pot-bellied pig.

Katherine Zelt, MA, CCC
Registered Provisional Psychologist

From a young age, I knew I wanted to help others. My own personal experiences with grief and loss opened my eyes and heart to the vastness of human pain and suffering. I finally found my calling when I became a Canadian Certified Counsellor, and I haven’t looked back since. I recently became a registered provisional psychologist under Dr. Beck's supervision.

I provide a comprehensive set of services to help boost your self-awareness and self-confidence and offer support as you navigate your personal health and wellness challenges. I work with clients closely in order to achieve measurable results that allow them to push forward with a new perspective.

Finding a therapist that is the right fit for your individual needs can feel overwhelming. Please feel free to reach out to me for a complimentary phone consultation.
