As a psychologist, I integrate the principles of mindfulness and cognitive behaviour therapy to help individuals practice awareness of the moment and learn new ways of engaging with thoughts, emotions, behaviours, and physical sensations. Whether you are experiencing depression or anxiety, coping with a chronic illness, struggling with insomnia, or have a sexual health concern, I will come alongside you to provide support and guidance.
Appointments can be booked online or via email or telephone.
Self-referrals and referrals from health care providers are accepted.
Cost: $200 per session
Sessions are 50 minutes in length.
Payment via cash, cheque, or e-transfer will be accepted at the start of each session.
Many extended health care plans will cover psychotherapy, in part or in full.
Receipts will be provided for insurance or tax purposes.
